blackberry pie

Start with some ready made pie crusts, you'll just be needing one,1/3 C sugar, 3-4 TBS  flour, pinch of salt, and most importantly 2-3 Cups of blackberries.


Then combine being careful not to break the blackberries.


Unroll the pie crust into your pie dish.


Pour ingredients from bowl into crust and add 2 TBS of cubed cold butter on the top.


Fold edges of pie crust over the filling. Brush either milk, whipping cream, or half & half on the exposed crust and then sprinkle with sugar.


Bake in preheated oven at 350 unil edges are golden brown and filling is bubbling.
