1 Cup Milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 bag of Yoplait Triple Berry Smoothie Mix (can also substitute for 1.5 cups of frozen strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
1 Banana
Blend together in blender until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
